Exciting Five Rings Dojo Welterweight Fighter Cort Hale (3-1) will be appearing again on the next Nitro event on the 13th of July at the Logan Entertainment Centre.
Cort has won all his fights by TKO or submission, and leaves nothing in the cage. This man has real speed and power in his hands and loves to bang, Recently he’s taken time off fighting to concentrate on work and uni, but he’s ready now to light the cage up again.

As of the 6th of May, Kids class will be separated into Beginners and Advanced classes. Beginners will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4.00 to 4.30pm, while Advanced class will be on the same days right after, from 4.30pm to 5.30pm.
Beginners is primarily for kids aged 5-7, and Advanced is for kids aged 8 to 13.

Api Hemara, Five Rings Dojo’s most experienced fighter, will fight for the no.1 contender position in the middleweight division at the next XFC on July 20 in Brisbane. Api will face Taipari Rikihana from Impact Gym in Brisbane.
Api is an exciting striker with solid wrestling and BJJ. He won his last fight in the main event bout of Cage Wars in december 2011 by submission. Although his last fight was one and half years ago, he has been training the whole time and adding new elements into his fight game.
XFC are awaiting confirmation for Api’s opponent and we will release the details as they come to hand.
Mark Edmondson is a former Professional Athlete and is the owner and creator of Edmondson Dynamics. He will come in tonight to Five Rings Dojo to give a talk to our professional and aspiring athletes. The talk will be held at 6.30pm and cost just $10 per person.
